Moroccan Spice Rub

We found a great #recipe for a #Moroccan #spice rub you can use for your epic summer of grilling from Pete Evans, author of My Grill: Outdoor Cooking Australian Style.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried coriander
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

Mix everything well, and store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
